‘Let’s see what Vukirich, Kim Se-bin can do’ Korea Expressway Corporation hosts Japan’s prestigious Toray Arrows in a public friendly match on March 23rd
After winning the 2022-23 V-League Women’s Championship in a record-breaking “reverse sweep” for the second time, Korea Expressway Corporation will play a friendly match against Japan’s Toray Arrows, the defending champions of the 2022-23 Black Swan season.
The Korea Expressway Corporation announced on the 19th that it will hold a public friendly match against Toray at 16:00 on the 23rd at the Gimcheon Indoor Gymnasium.
The match will feature 18 players, including Vanya Vukiric, a foreign player for the 2023-2024 season, and Kim Se-bin, the No. 1 overall pick in the rookie draft held on Oct. 10.
The Toray Arrows, who have been affiliated with the Korea Expressway Corporation volleyball team since 2000, are a traditional Japanese powerhouse that has won four Japan V-League titles, two Emperor’s Cup titles and six Kurogeki titles. The teams met in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, in August and played three practice matches before meeting again a month later in Gimcheon City, home of Korea Expressway Corporation.바카라
The Toray Arrows volleyball team will arrive via Gimhae Airport in Busan on the 20th and will play three practice matches at the practice gym of the Korea Expressway Corporation Volleyball Team and one practice match at the Gimcheon Indoor Gym.
The public friendly match, co-hosted by Korea Express and Youngnam Ilbo, will feature a variety of attractions, including a match between the Gimcheon City Mothers Volleyball Team and celebratory performances before the match.
“Through this friendly match, we will quench the thirst of volleyball fans in the off-season and provide various attractions for local fans who showed their support last season,” said Kim Il-hwan, head coach of the Korea Expressway Corporation Volleyball Team.
