Lim Sung-jae, Cho Woo-young and Jang Yoo-bin, who are competing in the golf event at the Hangzhou Asian Games, will face off in a screen golf battle.
GolfZone, in partnership with CJ Group, will host and broadcast live the “CJ X Team Korea Invitational with GolfZone” at GolfZone Joymaru in Daejeon at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th.
The tournament, which has a total prize fund of 20 million won, will be played in an 18-hole modified stableford format with individual play. The tournament course will be the Hangzhou West Lake Global Golf and Country Club (CC), the actual site of the Hangzhou Asian Games golf competition.
Three Korean players will be competing in the tournament, including Lim Sung-jae, who has two wins on the PGA Tour and qualified for every FedEx Cup playoff this season; Cho Woo-young, winner of the KPGA Golf Zone Open in Jeju, who has been making an amateur splash in Korean men’s golf this year; and Jang Yubin, winner of the KPGA Gunsan CC Open in August.
The prize money from the tournament will be donated to the Korea Golf Association (KGA) in the winner’s name as part of the organization’s efforts to develop Korean golf and contribute to society.토토사이트
